All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped. Refunds are available within 48 hours of initial order. Envelopes do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
